Brooklyn's Town Hall

     The Brooklyn Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection. Officer Dannie Davis (Brooklyn's only full time policeman) serves as chief to the town's police force.

     Brooklyn Elementary School which was built in 1967, can accommodate 300 students and teaches grades k-6. As a part of the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville, students from Brooklyn attend grades 7-12 at the Martinsville Junior and Senior High Schools.
