Center for
Hip & Knee Surgery

The primary focus of this practice is total joint
replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder. Arthroscopy, foot and ankle surgery and other
general orthopedic procedures are also available. All surgeons are board certified. The
Center has an international reputation in the field of joint replacement. Specialists from
other countries visit often to observe the surgical procedures and techniques used by our
surgeons. Each year the Center holds an international symposium which brings top
orthopedic surgeons from Europe, South America, Japan and other countries.
The Sports Medicine Clinic

Staffed by the surgeons of the Center for Hip and Knee Surgery as well as certified athletic trainers, the Sports Medicine Clinic provides medical coverage for student athletes at a number of junior and senior high schools. They also treat sports injuries received by weekend sports enthusiasts (joggers, skateboarders, etc.) and by elite professional and amateur athletes. Our specialists have provided the medical direction for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials, AAU Diving Competition, the Pan Am Games and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
The Regional Center for Colon and Rectal Care

This Center, devoted to the care and treatment of colon and rectal disease, offers patients a number of services including a continence program. RCCRC physicians treat colon cancer, Crohn's Disease, diverticulosis, hemorrhoids, constipation and irritable bowel syndrome as well as other digestive disease and disorders. In addition, they perform other general surgery services including laparoscopic procedures. The surgeons are board certified and provide services throughout the state to primary care physicians in the form of a mobile flexible sigmoidoscopy program. Offices are located in Mooresville, Indianapolis and Bloomington.
The Kendrick Center for Women

Staffed by a board certified breast surgeon and two board certified gynecologists, the Center provides a variety of health services for women including a special emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Certified mammography units are available at Kendrick Memorial Hospital. Offices are located in Mooresville and Indianapolis (Indianapolis offers breast services only).
Kendrick Prostate Tumor Center

Provides treatment for prostate cancer and other diseases of the prostate. This center has one of the most innovative forms of treatment available for early stage prostate cancer, called brachytherapy or radioactive seed implant. It is an effective outpatient procedure sometimes recommended as an alternative to other more radical forms of treatment. Urologists and radiation oncologists are on staff. This center is also a special provider of services to the National Football League Players Association.
