To Change Login ID on your computer

  1. Click on My Computer on your computer desktop

  2. Click on Control Panel

  3. Click on Internet Properties

  4. Click on Connections

  5. Highlight your SCICAN connection, and then click on Settings

  6. Under Dial-Up Settings, change user name to [your username]@scican.net

  7. Click OK

  8. Click OK

To Change Outlook and Outlook Express E-Mail

  1. Go to your Outlook Express program

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Accounts

  4. Highlight your SCICAN mail account, and then click on Properties

  5. Click on Servers

  6. Change Incoming mail and Outgoing mail to mail.scican.net

  7. Change Incoming Mail Server account to [your username]@scican.net

  8. Click Apply

  9. Click OK

  10. Click Close

To Change Netscape E-Mail

  1. Go to your Netscape E-Mail program

  2. Click on Edit

  3. Click on Preferences

  4. Under Category, click on Mail Servers

  5. Highlight your SCICAN mail and click on Edit

  6. Change Server Name to mail.scican.net

  7. Change User Name to [your username]@scican.net

  8. Click OK

  9. Change Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server to mail.scican.net

  10. Change Outgoing Mail server User Name to [your username]

  11. Click OK
