Dear Temporary Food Vendor:
Temporary Food Permits will
cost $30.00 in 2005 for each unit. It will be your responsibility to obtain a
Permit from this office prior to the first event you will be attending.
Your Temporary Permit will be good for any event you attend
throughout the year in our county. In accordance with provisions in the Morgan
County Food Establishment Ordinance, your permit shall be posted in plain
view within your unit at all times while operating. If your permit is lost
or forgotten between events a new permit must be obtained at the same fee
($30.00) before sales commence.
The enclosed application form can be mailed or brought to our
office with the appropriate fee to obtain your permit.
