Policy for Genealogy Researching
- Please complete an application form for each birth/death record you are
requesting information on.
- Identification will be requested.
- We ask that you give office personnel a minimum of four (4) business days to complete the search.
- You will be notified of the findings and may then send your fee of $10 for each certified record you want, or you may obtain permanent record information at no charge.
