3. Buis (became Southern) southeast corner Pike and Marion Streets, just north of Hill House 1915-1919; sold to new owner

Cohn Barnard I (formerly Barnard) south side Morgan Street three blocks west of the square, on I & V Railroad tracks 1920-1940; destroyed by fire
Cohn Barnard II (formerly Colonial, became Artesian) south side of Washington Street, one-half block west of square 1940-1955; sold to new owner
5. Colonial (became Cohn-Barnard II, Artesian) south side of Washington Street, one-half block west of square 1906-1940; sold to new owner
6. Highland (Became New Highland) west side Main Street four blocks north of square 1896-1929; additions 1921, 1929 sold to new owner
7. Hill House (also known as Hill-Cohn) northeast corner Morgan and Marion Streets 1904-1933; sold to Schnaiter Lumber Company, demolished 1934
8. Home Lawn Mineral Springs (formerly Henderson Home Lawn, Henderson-Parks Home Lawn, Home Lawn Sanitarium) south side Washington Street, five blocks east of square 1889-1968; sold to new owner; operated as Diamondhead until 1970
9. Martinsville (Mineral Springs) Sanitarium I south side Harrison Street two blocks west of Main Street, across I & V Railroad tracks, just north of Nutter & Webster/Artesian I 1892-1898; combined with Artesian Sanitarium to make  Martinsville Sanitarium II
10.  Martinsville Sanitarium II (combination of  Martinsville [Mineral Springs ] Sanitarium I and Artesian Sanitarium I, formerly Nutter & Webster) south side of Harrison Street two blocks west of Mian Street, across I&V Railroad tracks 1898-1957; donated and became Kennedy Memorial Christian Home, later Kennedy Living Center
11. National (formerly Cottage Hotel) northwest corner of Morgan and Mulberry Streets, just east of Hill House 1895-1937; destroyed by fire 1944
New Highland (formerly Highland) west side North Main Street four blocks north of square 1923-1951; damaged by fire and abandoned until 1970; coverted into Morgan House
Nutter & Webster (formerly Nutter & Major, became Artesian I, then part of Martinsville II) north side Pike Street three blocks west of Main Street, across I&V Railroad tracks, just north of original Martinsville I c. 1890-1897; sold to new owner
Southern Sanitarium (formerly Buis) southeast corner Pike and Marion Streets, just north of Hill House 1920-1926; sold to Branch Grain and Seed Co. and demolished
12. Whiting (Mineral Springs) Sanitarium northeast corner of Harrison and Mulberry 1923-1949; destroyed by fire
